"Melanie Martinez - HADES" Game Rules

Article 1 – Organizing Companies

The companies Best of Both Worlds (BOBW), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 5000 euros, registered with the Melun Trade and Companies Register under number 844112516, with its registered office at 621 avenue blaise pascal 77550 Moissy-Cramayel, and Warner Music France, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 87,000,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 712 029 370, with its registered office at 118 rue du Mont Cenis – 75018 PARIS (WMF), hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizers”, are organizing, on the occasion of the commercial release of the album “HADES” by the artist Melanie Martinez (the “Artist”), a game with purchase obligation related to this commercial release, hereinafter referred to as the “Game.”

Article 2 – Purpose

2.1 The Game will be accessible from the website available at the following URL: https://wminternationalstore.fr/collections/melanie-martinez, hereinafter the “Page”).
2.2 The Game will notably be relayed via the artist's official website, a Warner newsletter, as well as digital advertisements (TikTok).
2.3 The Game begins on March 5, 2026, and will end on March 10, 2026, at noon.
2.4 The status of winner is subject to the validity of the participant's participation (the “Participant”).

2.5 Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety (the “Rules”), of the ethical rules in force on the Internet, as well as of the laws, regulations, and other applicable texts in France. The Rules therefore apply to any Participant who participates in the Game.

Article 3 – Conditions of participation
3.1 Participation in the Game is open to any natural person residing in France and aged at least 18 years on the date of their participation, having purchased on the Page an album or a “HADES” bundle.

3.2 The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Game, in addition to those not meeting the above conditions:

i) corporate officers and employees of the organizers, of any company controlled by the organizers, which controls the organizers, or under common control with the organizers;

ii) persons who have collaborated in the organization of the Game, as well as members of their families (spouses, partners, direct ascendants and descendants).

3.3 The organizers reserve the right to ask any Participant to justify the above conditions and to declare null and void any participation from a Participant who does not meet these conditions.

3.4 One participation per natural person (same name, same postal address, same e-mail address) is allowed in the Game for its entire duration.

Article 4 – Game Procedure
4.1 To participate in the Game, the Participant must visit the Page and follow the steps below:

1°/ The Participant must pre-order a "HADES" album (or bundle) on the Page before March 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Paris time).

3°/ The Participant must carefully read and accept these Game rules. By purchasing an album (or bundle), the Participant accepts these Game rules.

4.2 It is specified that the information communicated by the Participant in the context of the Game will be used in accordance with BOBW's data processing policy, available via the Page.

Validly registered Participants will be drawn on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, by BOBW to try to win the prize described in Article 6 below.

Article 5 – Winner Selection

5.1 The winner is selected via a random draw by BOBW, from among the Participants meeting the conditions of participation specified in particular in Article 3 of the Rules.

5.2 The draw will be carried out automatically by BOBW software on March 10, 2026, to designate 1 winner (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”). The Winner will be awarded the prizes described in Article 6 of these Rules.
5.3 One potential replacement winner will also be designated (hereinafter the “Replacement Winner”). In the event that it turns out after verification that the Winner was not eligible to participate, that they did not comply with the conditions of these Rules, that they do not wish to benefit from their prize, or that their contact details are unusable (incomplete, erroneous…), the latter will lose the benefit of their prize to a Replacement Winner, under the conditions referred to in this article.
5.4 The Winner will be contacted after the draw from March 10, 2026, to inform them that they have been designated as the Winner of the game and of the procedures for obtaining the prize. The organizers will make their best efforts to contact the Winner within 7 working days following the draw.

Article 6 – Prize Attribution

6.1 The winner will be awarded the following prize (“Prize”):

2 invitations to the listening session (exclusive preview) of the artist's album “HADES” which will take place on March 19 in Amsterdam (hereinafter the “Prize”).

As this is a non-commercialized prize, no value can be indicated.

Accommodation and transport costs will be directly covered by the Organizers according to the following conditions which will be communicated to the Winner as soon as possible before the date of the event subject of the Prize: round-trip train and/or plane (the choice remaining at the discretion of the Organizers) for two (2) people from the nearest airport or train station to the Winner's place of residence, to one of the train stations or airports in Amsterdam, in economy or second class, of an approximate maximum value of 1000 Euros and one (1) overnight stay in a double room from March 19 to 20 in a 3-star hotel located in Amsterdam chosen by the Organizers of an approximate maximum value of 250 euros. Bookings for travel and accommodation will be made directly by the Organizers.

All other costs will remain the responsibility of the Winner (including meal expenses and other travel).

6.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organizers reserve the right to replace the Prize with any reasonably equivalent prize if necessary.

Article 7 – Limitation of Liability

7.1 Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly concerning technical performance, response times for consulting, querying, or transferring information, risks of interruption, and more generally, risks inherent to any connection and transmission on the Internet, the absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation, and the risks of contamination by potential viruses circulating on the network.

7.2 Consequently, the Organizers cannot under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive:
- for the content of services consulted on the Page and, in general, for all information and/or data disseminated on the services consulted on the Page;
- for the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
- for any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper conduct/operation of the Game;
- for failure of any reception equipment or communication lines;
- for loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, for loss of any data;- for the operation of any software;
- for the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
- for any damage caused to a Participant's computer;
- for any technical, material, and software failure of any kind, which prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Game or damaged a Participant's system.

7.3 It is specified that the Organizers cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind, a suspension or the end of the Game, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage that would result, in any way, from a connection to the Page. It is up to every Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any infringement. The connection of any person to the Page and the participation of Participants in the Game is done under their sole responsibility.

Article 8 – Agreement on Evidence
8.1 It is agreed that, except in the case of manifest error, the organizers may rely, notably for evidentiary purposes concerning any act, fact, or omission, on programs, data, files, recordings, operations, and other elements (such as tracking reports or other statements) of a computerized or electronic nature, format, or medium, established, received, or stored directly or indirectly by BOBW, particularly in its information systems.

8.2 Participants undertake not to dispute the admissibility, validity, or probative force of the aforementioned computerized or electronic elements, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever which would specify that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute proof.

Thus, the elements considered constitute evidence and, if produced as means of proof by the organizers in any contentious or other procedure, they will be admissible, valid, and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions, and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received, or kept in writing.

Article 9 – Modification of the Rules
9.1 The liability of the organizers shall not be incurred if, due to a case of force majeure or beyond their control, the Game had to be modified, shortened or cancelled.

They reserve in all cases the possibility of extending the participation period and postponing any announced date.

Any modification of the Rules will come into force upon its online publication and any Participant will be deemed to have accepted it by the mere fact of their participation in the Game, from the effective date of the modification. Any Participant refusing the modification(s) made must cease to participate in the Game.

9.2 The Organizers reserve the right to prosecute anyone who has defrauded or attempted to do so. However, they shall not incur any liability of any kind whatsoever towards the Participants due to any fraud that may have been committed.

9.3 Fraud will notably be considered to be the act of a Participant registering and then participating in the Game under one or more fictitious names or names borrowed from one or more third parties, each Participant being required to register and participate in the Game under their own unique name. Any fraud will result in the Participant's elimination.

9.4 In the event of a breach by a Participant, the Organizers reserve the right to automatically exclude any participation from the latter, without the latter being able to claim anything whatsoever.

Article 10 - Personal Data
The contact details of all Participants will be used in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”) and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, in its current version.

Each Participant has (under the conditions and within the limits provided by laws and regulations) a right of access, rectification or erasure of information concerning them, or restriction of processing of information concerning them, or objection to such processing, or a right to portability of their information. Each Participant has the right, if they consider that the processing of personal information concerning them violates the laws and regulations in force, to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Article 11 – Applicable Law and Interpretation
11.1 The Rules are exclusively governed by French law.

11.2 Any question regarding the application or interpretation of the Rules, or any unforeseen question that may arise, will be sovereignly decided by the Organizers in compliance with French legislation.

Article 12 – Consultation of the Rules
