WHEN DOES THE PRESALE FOR THE SHINEDOWN TOUR START? The presale will begin on Tuesday, February 24th at 10:00 AM (local time). General public sales will begin on Friday, February 27th at 10:00 AM (local time).
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-SALE ACCESS? Pre-sale access codes and instructions will be emailed to eligible fans on Monday, February 23rd, starting at 6:00 PM CET.
HOW TO GET ACCESS TO THE UK & EUROPE TOUR TICKET PRESALE FOR SHINEDOWN? Pre-order the album 'Ei8ht' (or a bundle) from theWarner Music France Store. You can also register via the link with no obligation to purchase. here before Monday, February 23 at 3:00 PM CET.
It's past 6:00 PM on Monday, February 23rd, and I haven't received my access email. What should I do? First, check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still can't find the email, contact us at shinedownpresale@wmgcustomerservice.com.
AM I GUARANTEED A TICKET IF I PRE-ORDER THE ALBUM OR REGISTER VIA THE FORM? Tickets are not guaranteed by pre-ordering the album. We provide priority access to the presale, but tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate extremely high demand.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY DURING THE PRESALE? Each access code is valid for a maximum of 6 tickets per concert. Reminder: Tickets are sold subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that you will get tickets.
IF I PLACE MULTIPLE PRE-ORDERS, WILL I RECEIVE ADDITIONAL CODES? No, each customer will receive only one access code.
IF I PRE-ORDER FROM ANOTHER RETAILER OR STORE, AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THE PRE-SALE? No. To be eligible, you must pre-order the album 'Ei8ht' from the Warner Music International Store France or the Warner Music Euro Store, or register via the no-purchase-obligation link mentioned above.
CAN I BUY "ACCESSIBILITY / PRM" TICKETS? Accessible tickets will be available during the presale via the ticketing link provided.
